Our Black Bean and Corn salsa comes in a 16oz. jar. The main ingredients include tomatoes, black beans, corn and black eyed peas with a mild peppery flavor. It is thick and spicy with a little bite. Not to mild and not to hot. A sure crowd pleaser for parties and snacks.

Our Mango Peach Salsa comes in a 16oz. jar.  Five distinct taste sensations blended into a salsa that delights every taste bud. Who would have thought mangos, peaches, jalapenos, onions and tomatos belong in the same jar?  We did!  Serve with cream cheese and chips or as a topping for baked fish or pork roast.

Our High Five Pepper Jelly comes in an 18 oz. and 12 oz. jar.  The ingredients include Jalapeno peppers, Thai peppers, Cayenne peppers, Habanero peppers and Bell peppers. It is a sweet pepper jelly with a nice hot kick but not to hot for most. A crowd pleaser served on cream cheese with sliced cucumbers or mix into ground beef when making meatballs. SPICY MEATBALLS OR OTHER MEATS WITH HIGH FIVE PEPPER JELLY DIPPING SAUCE

  12 oz jar  High Five Pepper Jelly
  1/3 cup    Soy Sauce
  1/4 cup    Sesame Seed Oil 
  60           mini meatballs or chicken wings or ribs
  
   Cook meatballs or other meats. Blend other ingredients together and heat until bubbly. Pour over meatand reheat 

    and they are ready to serve.

 FIVE PEPPER TORTA
  8 oz.   package cream cheese 
  4 oz.  Five pepper jelly or Mild pepper jelly
  5 oz.  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 
  1       Egg beaten
  4 oz.  Five pepper jelly or Mild pepper Jelly  as topping

Mix all ingredients using first 4 oz. of jelly. Pour into greased 8” springform pan. Bake at 350 for 20- 25, or until slightly soft in the middle. Cool completely and remove from pan. Spread remaining 4 oz. of jelly over the top of cooled torta and enjoy with your favorite crackers. The choice of jelly determines how spicy hot the torta will be.

FIVE PEPPER CHICKEN OR PORK CHOPS
  1 lb.         boneless skinless chicken breast or pork chops
  2 Tbsp.    olive oil
  1              small onion, diced
  2              cloves garlic, crushed
  3/4 cup    orange juice
  3/4 cup    Five pepper jelly
  3/4 cup    bourbon, light rum, white wine, balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
  1/2 cup    toasted slivered almonds

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until transparent. Add meat and brown. Combine orange juice, jelly, and bourbon or rum or vinegar choice and pour over meat. Cook over medium heat, turning to prevent sticking. Cook 30-40 minutes until done. Top with almonds and serve.

Our Plum Sauce comes in a 12oz. jar. Ingredients include Plums and secret combinations of spices. Originally used as a finishing sauce for Hams and Turkey at Holiday dinners, we have discovered that it is great on roasted Chicken, Pork roasts, Lamb and Salmon.

You can use it as a marinade, grill and baste with it, or use it as a finishing and dipping or side sauce.  Pour it over a warm Brie or over Cheesecake and Ice cream. Whisk with rice vinegar and olive oil to toss into a fresh salad.  Blend into cream cheese to frost a carrot cake or top ginger snaps for a quick Hors d’oeuvre.

PLUM SAUCE AND GINGER SNAPS
 1    8oz.    softened  cream cheese
 20            ginger snap cookes
 5    tbsp .  plum sauce

Mix plum sauce into cream cheese and top ginger snap cookies for a quick snack.

PLUM SAUCE AND CHEESE BRIE
 Pour Plum Sauce over Warmed Cheese Brie and serve with favorite crackers.

PLUM SAUCE  AND CHEESECAKE
 Pour Plum Sauce over a New York style Cheesecake and serve.
